Toronto Leaside Rotary 25th Corn Roast

On September 16th, 2018, the Toronto Leaside Rotary Club held their 25th Annual Community Corn Roast at Trace Manes Park for families and friends from Leaside and other communities. It was a great day for the 1500 visitors who enjoyed fresh corn on the cob, BBQ hot dogs, desserts, music, games, motor scooters, face-painting, bouncing castles and slides. The dog show and competition was a new addition for 2018.

Present at the Corn Roast were Mr. Rob Oliphant, M.P., Don Valley West, Kathleen Wynne, M.P.P., Don Valley West, Jon Burnside, Councillor Ward 26 and Jaye Robinson, Councillor Ward 25.

THANKS to the many VOLUNTEERS who worked tirelessly to make the day enjoyable for the visitors to the Corn Roast.
